The products are widely used in all kinds of automobile engines (such as MITSUBISHI, ISUZU, NISSAN, HINO, TOYOTA, KOMATSU, DAEWOO, HYUNDAI, CATERPILLAR, PEUGEOT, MAN, BENZ, CUMMINS, PERKINS) and the engines for marine, big generator group and engineering machinery. Our company has advanced CNC mumerical control production line firstly imported from Germany in the craft brother. We absorb Japanese production craft, and the whole production process from selecting materials, smelting, machining, testing to final products is strictly controlled according to professional standard. The using life of our products has exceeded 400,000 kilometers.

Now the annual output reaches as many as 500,000 pieces. More than 95% of the products are exported to Southeast Asian markets, Middle-East markets, South American market, Africa market and so on. JTP manufactured and exported casting cylinder liners (Wet liners & Dry liners) and Chromed liners for all types of engines: Tractors, Cars, Trucks, Agricultural vehicles, as well as marine, large generator sets, construction machinery, etc. The products are grouped into “Semi-finished” & “Fully- finished” to cater to the needs of various users in local and export markets. Our cylinder liners provide some types of chemical treatment, one type is “Phosphated” for anti-rusted and abrasion resistance, and the other type is “Nitriding treatment” for enhance hardness, anti-rusted, abrasion and high temperature resistance.
